What's good against psychic Pokemon?

Battling against psychic Pokemon can be tough because many of them are legendary Pokemon or hit just as hard. We're looking at you alakazam!

They tend to be fast OR bulky with high special attack, which allows them to either strike first, or easily survive your attack before they fire back.

Psychic type Pokemon are weak to:

Use attacks of these types to deal double damage against psychic types. It's super effective!

Dark type is immune to psychic type attacks

Use a dark type Pokemon to take zero damage from an opponent's psychic type attacks.

These types resist psychic type attacks:

Use Pokemon of these types to take half damage from an opponent's psychic type attacks. It's not very effective.
